The Trust offers online booking of its Guest House Rooms for all the Devotees at a nominal fees. Devotees can book their rooms online and pay by Credit Cards / Debit Cards to to make their stay comfortable. The position of availability of rooms shall be displayed on the website.
Booking of the rooms are allowed upto 90 days from the date of booking during normal season (i.e. except festival season)
During Festival Season all those Donors who have participated in donating expenses for construction of Rooms in the past will be able to book their rooms two and half months (75 days) in advance from the date of Stay.
All other members, non members, devotees willing to book will have two months time from the date of stay to book their rooms, during festival season.
All rooms which are left after the booking of the Donors will also be available for booking by others from the starting of two months period .
The Booking will be completed and confirmed only after full payment and acknowledgement of the same by E-mail / SMS.
The Trust is free to cancel the bookings if it is found that the person booking the room has misinformed / provided wrong data at the time of booking or is at fault in the prescribed procedure .
There will be two categories of Rooms for booking.
Deluxe Rooms – ( 106 rooms in Dining hall area / Chowk 1,2,3) @500/day
(Normal Occupancy: 2 persons, Extra Persons: 1
(Extra Bed – Rs. 50/- per extra bed. Max. 2 extra beds)
Maximum Occupancy: 4 Persons
Super Deluxe Rooms – ( 40 rooms in new building ) @ 1200/day
(Normal Occupancy: 2 persons, Extra Persons: 2
(Extra Bed – Rs. 100/- per extra bed. Max. 4 extra beds)
Maximum Occupancy: 6 Persons
Break Fast : Rs. 50/- per Plate
Lunch / Dinner: Rs. 100/- per plate
The Room charges will be treated as Donation for maintenance of Rooms & the Temple.
A maximum of four rooms can be booked by any persons in his name at any time . However, during festival season it will be restricted to only two rooms, for both Room Donors and other devotees.
